Crafting Hope and Homes in Yelm

At South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity, our commitment to providing affordable housing is reaching new heights with an exciting venture in Yelm. Nestled on 2.3 acres of promising land, we are embarking on a transformative journey to build 22 homes, comprising 16 three and four-bedroom townhomes and 6 two-bedroom cottages.

Project Overview:

Come January 2024, the site will witness the commencement of infrastructure work, laying the groundwork for a vibrant community. This marks the first step towards our mission of creating not just homes but a nurturing environment where families can thrive.
