Spring is Here!

Sunday, March 22nd, 2009

After months of snow and freezing temperatures Spring is finally here, if only on the calendar. As Spring comes in so does Spring Cleaning, outdoor projects and Procession of the Species. All these events are great times to use the ReStore. Whether shopping for new items for around the home, cleaning out the stuff you just don’t need or getting your costume ready to march though Downtown we have what are you looking for.

Spring Cleaning – When cleaning out your house save money by making a tax-deductible donation to the ReStore of items that are still usable. We also have storage solutions to finally organize that closet, basement or garage you have been putting off for years. When you donate to the ReStore your items go to a good cause.

To-Do-List – If you have to get it done you might as well save money and help a good cause, right?  Getting your decking, raised beds, painting or other supplies at the ReStore can save you a ton of money and all our proceeds always go to SPS Habitat for Humanity.

Procession of the Species - A fun event that snakes though Downtown Olympia during the weekend of ArtsWalk. The things people come up with to wear are unbeleavable, if you are in the market for items to make your costume out of check out the ReStore we have all sorts of stuff to turn you into any creature you want to be.

We also have a new way to stay in touch with the ReStore, if you are on Twitter start to follow us for the latest on what is coming in or what will be coming in. You can also see this info on our Inventory page.
