What We May Accept
- Appliances: such as washers, dryers, if brand new, or less than 5 yrs. old.
- Cabinets: with all doors and drawers.
- Carpet: new only, and at least 10x10 ft.
- Doors: except no hollow, shower or bifold doors-- Unless New
- Flooring: Wood/Vinyl/Ceramic--enough to cover 10x10ft.
- Hardware: not rusted or incomplete.
- Light fixtures: except fluorescent lights, unless brand new.
- Lumber/Plywood/OSB/Drywall/Trim: at least 4 ft. in length or along one side; and with few or no nails.
- Paint: latex only, in unopened cans only, less than 3 yrs. old.
- Pipe/PVC/Metal: at least 4 ft. in length.
- Sinks: only stainless steel or cast iron with no rust or chipping. Fiberglass utility tubs ok. Porcelain sinks accepted only if brand new.
- Tile: enough to cover 6x6ft. and with no grout attached.
- Toilets: only if low flush (1.6gpf), cleaned, operable, no cracks.
- Roofing: material and gutters.
- Tools: hand and power tools in good, working condition.
- Vanities: in good condition and clean, with no water damage.
- Windows: unbroken, unfogged, complete, no aluminum windows.
